| WASHINGTON, DC - The task here was to breathe new life into an established garden. The photograph shows the new informal stone patio with gaps where wooly thyme was planted. The central oval shaped lawn in the mid-ground, left lots of room in the corners to plant four matching Osage Crepe Myrtles, large masses of Happy Returns Daylilies, Lavender and Coreopsis. Boulder steps were added to connect from the existing patio. |
